Yes. Shmore ships the free Taste plan and every paid plan includes a 14-day trial without a credit card. After the trial you can stay on Taste or upgrade to a paid plan whenever you’re ready.

Monthly: commitment for the current month, cancel any time before the next cycle. Annual: 12-month commitment with auto-renewal.

Taste lets you get started for free. Start unlocks the core features, private areas, and advanced branding. Scale fuels high-growth teams with the full feature set, automations, and priority support.

It refers to active members inside your community. Above the 10,000 members included in Scale, the cost is €0.01 per extra member per month.

Absolutely. You can move to Start or Scale straight from your dashboard once a payment method is added—the switch happens in a couple of clicks.

We accept card payments through Stripe for monthly or annual billing (annual saves 20%). Transactions are encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant, and protected via SSL.

If you revert to Taste, premium Start/Scale capabilities are disabled. Your branding, settings, and existing channels remain, but you cannot create new channels until you reactivate a higher plan. Members and content stay available within the free-plan limits.
